Jason Brimmer was born in Tennessee. He has lived in Texas for going on thirty years now and has no plans to leave any time soon. For the last ten years he has worked as a photojournalist and reporter and occasional commercial photographer. His work covering the George Floyd protests and the ANTIFA riots saw publication nationwide, but he is best known for his photography exploring poverty throughout Texas. Currently he is working to photograph rural American religious experience. His religious work, titled Signs and Wonders, will see publication as a book in early 2025.
